Holiday Entertainment --- Trans Siberian Orchestra

Holiday Entertainment --- Trans Siberian Orchestra

The family did a little traveling over the Thanksgiving week. We
wandered back to New Hampshire and stayed with my in-laws for the week.
Quite a time putting out a meal in a home kitchen you are not used to
being in, but that is another blog!

This blog is about traveling home, we flew in and out of Manchester
Airport. Now when I left New Hampshire the airport in Manchester was
still very small. I used to park in the gravel lot and walk into the
terminal and had to have almost 10 minutes prior to boarding to get on
the flight!

Little different now!

Anyway on the way home my wife decided we would stay in Manchester and
do something. We have all been fans of the
Trans Siberian
Orchestra
for several years now. So she got us tickets to their

2006 tour stop
in Manchester NH. And what a great time is to be had
at this show!

The whole show is just put together real well, sound and lighting are
fantastic. And the music they have arranged is just really fun!

The show tells a story of Christmas in the first half. The show goes
through some real kicked up Christmas songs. Snow machines, lasers, etc.

The three musicians that started the group are pretty involved in the
stage antics through the entire show. They use a 10 piece string
orchestra in reinforcement arrangements and hire local musicians to fill
those parts. The vocals are handle by a battery of singers that can belt
out the music! Wonderful show, wonderful time, and my wife says the guys
that put the group together are easy on the eyes!

Don't know about that part, but there is definitely some great arm candy
in the chicks on vocals! And of course the show is great. So if you are
looking to get away and see a show. I would say look up the

Tour Date
near you and spend the money for this one. The kids loved
it, we loved it and so will you.

Til we party again! Take in a live show & have a great time!
